When the color response is off, the “wrong” color passes through the starch grains and exposes the areas behind it, causing low saturation and contrast.  I typically have to shoot a bunch of these while messing with filter combinations during exposure, until I can balance out the color response a bit - once you get close, the colors really start to pop.  Shown here are no filter, 20Y, 40Y, and 40Y10M.\n\nScreens can be wiped, recoated, and reused, but they always take on some wear and tear.
