All the pics are from NY and New England around that time. Incredibly, he shot on Kodachrome although I don't know what camera he used.\n\nI edited a couple images that were underexposed but otherwise they are original.\n\nHe came over for a Fulbright scholarship to attend MIT. Graduated and worked for NASA on early cameras for satellites. Later he founded a tech company manufacturing switchers for televisions stations.\n\nIt's most likely that the camera was a Minolta SR-1 (introduced in 1959). The camera  he shot on definitely had interchangeable lens and was likely Japanese.
