I get its main appeal is to kids and teens, but really it just makes me sad because film is already considered a “lost art” and companies like this are only making that problem worse. I also understand not everyone can afford film, but there are free apps like Dispo that have film like filters and won’t show photos until 24 hrs later. Kinda scummy to charge $119 for essentially just a screen free digital camera. Idk I just really enjoy the physicality of using film, esp having learned to develop my own film. I hope it will still be around for future generations. It’s such a unique and special process that doesn’t deserve to become lost.
