A merchant by trade, but 13 years ago, life brought him to the city and got a job as a guard. He does 72-hour shifts…, don’t know how, but he’s always smiling, always ready to help.\n\nIn Guatemala, armed guards are part of the everyday landscape. Due to how self-defense laws work here, many carry both rubber and live ammunition… just in case.
