I have no power, the weather is going to be 105 degrees today, and I have a condo full of film cameras and film. \n\nI’m worried it may get 90+ degrees inside my brick, corner unit condo today. I can take shelter in my lovely partner’s apartment (pic here for attention; Leica M4, Voightlander 35mm Nokton 1.2 vIII, Kodak Kodacolor 200, taken while riding a bike! Home process with Cinestill C41, scanned with Epson 850 and Silverfast 8). My question is will my cameras be okay in this heat (no direct sunlight) or should I evacuate the cameras too? I also have a freezer full of film which is still cold, but who knows for how long. It’s a shit situation, any advice will help. This all being said I am so grateful I’m worried about evacuating cameras and not children, elderly, or sick family members. My situation could be a lot worse. Thanks.
